Shipping Policy

Everything is packed by hand in Virginia Beach and goes out by USPS. Rates are calculated on your order and shown in full before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

Each mailed rate includes $1.25 for packaging. Pickup and free shipping carry no charge.
Media Mail is the USPS book rate and the cheapest way to send books. USPS restricts it to media, so we can only offer it when your order is books.
Delivery estimates are USPS’s, not ours. They are usually right and occasionally not.
Free shipping
Orders over $50 ship free. Free shipping also comes with promotions and coupon codes we issue from time to time, which are announced on Instagram.
When your order ships
Most orders are packed within two business days.
Book nooks and dragon eggs are printed to order, one at a time. Allow two to three days before yours ships, on top of the delivery estimate above.
There are no regular shop hours over the summer while the Blush Bus is out at markets, which can add a day.
Local pickup
Free, and offered at checkout anywhere in Virginia. Collect your order at a Blush Bus market stop, a Blush Club night, or another event — choose Local pickup and we will email you to arrange a time and place.
If we cannot arrange a pickup within five business days, we may cancel the order, refund you and put the items back on the shelf. Email us if you need longer — we would rather hold it for you.
Where we ship
Anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally at the moment. If you are outside the US and want something, email us and we will find out what the postage would be.
Tracking
Every mailed order gets a tracking number, emailed to you when the label is bought.
If something goes wrong
Email info@flourishbookstore.com. A parcel that arrives damaged, arrives wrong, or does not arrive at all is ours to fix, and return postage in those cases is on us. The Return Policy covers how returns work.
